Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Orchard account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your electronics to remove personal data and pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all cables and accessories.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
